I know I'm not entirely original by saying this but I have no idea where this year has gone!! Like really how are we halfway through already?
Anyway I didn't really make any solid New Years resolutions this year as I was really not in a good place with my health both physically and mentally, however, I have decided I'm going to be making a few monthly goals just to keep me focused on what I want to achieve!
1. Lose 8lbs.
I really want to lose 2lbs a week to get to my target weight!
2. Practice Yoga more.
Ideally I'd like to be doing yoga 3 times a week depending on my work scheduele!
3. Start cardio once a week.
I tried doing the coach to 5k app before but with my fibromyalgia I was really struggling to do this so I'm going to start slow and just try and do a cardio workout once a week and build it up from there!
4. Sort my cleaning schedule out!!
So I'll admit I'm not the tidiest of people. I'll also admit this is the biggest understatement I have ever written. However I want to get my house in order and then be able to do a little everyday to keep it that way! I'll be looking at Pinterest for inspiration!!
5. More blogging!
I really need to get myself into some sort of blogging scheduele too!!
