Well. October has certainly been a funny old month. Health wise things haven't been too brilliant mentally or physically. My fibromyalgia has been causing me a lot of pain and with a few fainting episodes probably caused by my medication I have had to drop out of quite a few blogger events this month and in the next month that I was really looking forward to. This made my mental health worse and well ... its a viscous circle.
However, lets focus on the positives shall we? I DID manage to make it to the SW Bloggers Meet in Bristol at the beginning of the month, met some new bloggers and brands and also ate the most amazing food at Cosy Club. I took a lot of hot baths using my collection of lush bath bombs and bubble bars.
I have been trying to eat healthy and wholesome foods to help my body recouperate and I will be sharing more of the recipes I have been making over the next month!
I want to say a massive thankyou to everyone who liked and retweeted my open letter to Cosmopolitan magazine. I was completely overwhelmed by the response and it made me really proud to be part of such an amazingly supportive community!
