I know I say this every month, but how is it October already? September seems to have gone by so quickly and I am getting annoyed with the weather!! It needs to decide if it still wants to be summer, its autumn or we are jumping straight to winter.
So I figured that I am going to start making a few goals each month. I like new years resolutions and I like having things to work towards. So for October here goes.
Slimming World: Lose 7lbs
So we all know that I haven't been brilliant on Slimming World and I am going to stick to it really well this month. I love as it gets colder as I will eat more soups and stews.
Money: No charity shopping or eating out
I am really trying to cut back on my spending and slowly but surely putting together a budget for each month that means we can still enjoy ourselves while paying off our debts and saving for a house. This doesnt include the couple of meals out we have planned when we are in London / Bristol this month, just any extra.
Fitness: Start doing more yoga
Eventually I would like to start doing yoga every day but for this month if I can do it once or twice a week and walk more that would satisfy me.
