A Couple Of Alternative Christmas Gifts ...

So in the blogosphere I have seen plenty of Christmas gift guides and had decided not to do one as I didn't want to just re post the same gifts over and over again! So I got my little brain in gear and thought of some smaller businesses that I had been introduced to this year and thought I would share these with you! Stay tuned until the end as there is also a giveaway involved!

Firstly I bring you the letterbox cake from Bakerdays* as the name suggests this cake comes and fits through your letterbox! Not just for Christmas this cake is available all your round and perfect for sending to family members you can't always see!

There are 77 different designs which can be personalised with names etc and these letterbox cakes cost £14.99 for a vanilla or belgian chocolate sponge cake. You can upgrade to a fruit cake for £2 which I think would make a fabuolous gift and they also do dairy and gluten free cakes so there is something for everyone! Also if you order by 2pm it can be delivered the next day which is awesome!

I ordered the one below for my husband (even though we live at the same address!) he absolutely loved it and ate most of the cake! You can find all of their christmas letterbox cakes here

Secondly I wanted to tell you about nugget and mallow! I absolutely love marshmallows and fell in love with these at the West Midlands Blogger Meet back in august! There christmas gift boxes will not dissapoint! There are three varieties for you to chose from. My favourite is the mega marshmallow gift box contains1 gingerbread smores kit, and six of each of their winter flavour marshmallow cubes which are Peppermint Candy Cane, Mulled Wine and Berries and Vanilla Chai. You can also add a gift tag, and there are two dates for delivery 14th and 21st december - but don't worry if you aren't in they fit right through your letterbox! See a theme here? You can find this gift set and the others

And so if you have made it to the end here is the giveaway! Bakerdays have very kindly decided to give one of you a christmas letterbox cake! The competition will run until next Sunday and I will announce the winner both here and on twitter monday! What are you waiting for?

a Rafflecopter giveaway
