So I really wanted to share this photo because I thought it was hilarious! I was in the middle of Fuerteventura and there was this Happy Sunny Christmas and it made me laugh!
Anyway today I thought I would share my top ten Christmas songs. I didn't realise how hard this would be! I went with my instincts and picked the top ten that came into my head, but then afterwards I kept thinking of more! Anyway, here we go with my original top ten in no particular order ...
Santa Baby - Eartha Kitt
Always has to be the original. I really hate Micheal Bubles version I have to say. Whenever this comes on I find myself shimmying around and being all sexy ... I can't be the only one??
All I Want For Christmas Is You - Mariah Carey
This one just turns everyone into a superstar doesn't it? As soon as it starts you just become Mariah, singing along at the top of your voice.
Merry Christmas Everyone - Shakin Stevens
Were gonna have a party tonight .... Christmas Classic
Merry Christmas Everybody - Slade
ITS CHRISTMAS I used to always get these last two mixed up but I always new that I loved them both so it doesn't really matter!
Christmas Wrapping - The Waitresses
It has taken me years to actually understand the lyrics and know what this song is going on about but I love it!
Last Christmas - Wham!
When I was younger I was absolutely obsessed with this song. I learnt all the lyrics and every christmas I would make all my friends perform it with me at our family christmas parties.
Warm This Winter - Gabriella Cilmi
This is a bit cheesy to admit, but this song is mine and my husband Toms song. Because you know, we met in the winter and we fell in love! So this obviously had to be in my top ten.
My Only Wish - Britney Spears
Theres something really catchy about this tune. I feel like I am regressing back to the 90s when I was obsessed with Britney.
Somewhere only we know - Lily Allen
Not strictly a christmas tune but after it was on the John Lewis bear and the hare advert I am just in love with it. Everytime I hear it I think of the bears happy little face when he sees the christmas tree!
Driving Home For Christmas - Chris Rea
As I don't live with my parents anymore, this one has really come into its own! Every year when we drive back to my parents we have this blasting out!
