Stone baked Pizza Co

So there is a strange thing that happens when you start daily blogging, or at least it happened to me. You start off thinking what the heck have I got myself into here, I will NEVER be able to find something to blog about everyday. Then as you start to get into the swing of things, everyday becomes something to write about. Everything you eat you think "I want to share this place!"

Then you start thinking of series you want to do. Mine started with The Little Things. A weekly series about all the small things that have made me smile each week. I can't always promise I will be positive, but I am determined that this depression won't be the end of me!

I then started Weightloss Wednesdays as I am now back on Slimming World (well I started back on Thursday) and I find that actually I enjoy writing about it as it keeps me on track and I am trying to find more people who are blogging about there weightloss.

Anyway, I digress, what I am trying to say is that I ate at Stonebaked Pizza HQ sometime at the beginning of December but it is only just getting a go on my blog!

Anyway, Stonebaked Pizza HQ is in the Highcross in Leicester and is a bit of a gourmet fast food restaurant. For £7.95 you can choose to build your own pizza from their wide range of toppings or pick from one of their Signature Pizzas, both of which will be made fresh in front of you! On our first visit I went for a build your own and enjoyed choosing all the toppings you see piled on below! Ham, Sweetcorn, Mushrooms, Pineapple, Peppers, Smoked Bacon and Cheese ... where could you go wrong?

On a subsequent visit I went for the Chicken Gorgonzola. Now I love cheese, the stinkier the better really, however I was a little dubious of the fact that this was a pizza without pizza sauce. Yes you read that right. But instead olive oil was topped with chicken, caramelised onions and gorgonzola and I think I am in love.

So lets just pretend that I am not on Slimming World right now, lets pretend I am going for Pizza tonight and eating my beloved chicken gorgonzola pizza

(ps. You can get it from Deliveroo too ...)
