Changing Habits.

I think I have realised why I have struggled with Slimming World over the last few weeks. I have been trying to change too much at once. There are a few things I have decided I want to do:

  • Give up fizzy drinks
  • Eat less read meat 
  • Eat less processed food
  • Eat a more plant based diet 

However, trying to do everything at the same time, meant I was really limiting what I could eat and therefore I was having a lot of binge type slip ups. So instead I have sat and put together a list of ALL the recipes I want to try and I have been working my way through them. I am going to try and set a goal each week, and I will be posting a Slimming World Update post on a thursday, which will include my favourite things of the week and goals for the next!
