Walking.


I have recently discovered how much walking can do for my mental health. This might sound obvious, but due to recent issues with my digestive health I have been genuinely been having to force myself to leave the house. On many days I wanted to just curl up and not leave my bed, and in fact almost didn't go out. 

However after giving myself a stern talking to I've been getting out. Getting fresh air and it's doing me the world of good, and obviously it will be helping my physical health too!!

Next step ... running?
