SOS IBS Night In Hamper #IBSBLOGGERS

I have talked before about how a lot of my IBS is anxiety related so when the lovely guys at Buscopan said they were looing for IBS Bloggers I jumped at the chance to be involved! If you have read my blog for a while you will know that I am more than open when it comes to my symptoms and they have been up and down for a while. So much so that I have had to go back on my antidepressants. Buscopan is an anti spasmodic drug for medically confirmed IBS (It is important not to self diagnose as IBS is usually confirmed by ruling out other conditions). I ALWAYS have a pack in my bag as it gets to work within 15 minutes and is a lifesaver for abdominal cramping. Their website is fantastic as it not only has information about the drug but also stress and anxiety relief tips.

The hamper was full of things perfect for a quiet night in! A vogue colouring book (which I squealed when I opened, I have always wanted to be a vogue stylist ...) a white company candle, a really nice keep smiling tote bag and these personalised pencils. I decided to keep them all together in this hamper as kind of a calm down kit to pull out when I am having an evening to myself.

I also added in this tshirt I got for christmas as it is huge and always makes me smile! I am also going to add in some cosy socks, peppermint tea and some face masks to make the perfect little night in stress busting hamper ... oh and of course my buscopan! What would you put in a night in SOS IBS kit?

Thankyou so much for allowing me to be part of this campaign, I feel so lucky to have been sent such a gorgeous hamper!!

Charlotte Lucy

I was kindly sent this hamper but all opinions are my own
